Deadline for posters submissions is August 31st, 2010.
General Submission Requirements:
Please read the following instructions carefully. Posters not properly submitted will be returned to the author.
1. All posters should be submitted online, through the SBMF website, before August 31st , 2010.
2. Posters should be written in Times New Roman, size 12, space 1.5. The posters must have 0,80m width X 1,20m height.
3. Posters are limited to 400 words, including title (in capital letters), Special Interest Area (please see below), name of the author and organization to which he/she belongs and be saved under the following format: DIA-2010 Author Last Name.
4. Posters may not refer to specific brand names.
5. The Scientific Committee will review posters and authors will be notified of results by the end of September 2010. Poster from the Scientific Committee members can be selected but are not eligible for any event award.
6. If an poster is accepted, one author or the author’s designee must attend to the conference with the poster, which will be exposed on November 11, and 12. The author should be available in the Poster Room, for questions, on Nov 11th during the launch time and coffee breaks.
Special Interest Area: Biotechnology, Clinical Research Management, Ethics, Good Clinical Practices, Marketing and Communication, Medical/Scientific Writing, Professional Education & Training, Regulatory affairs, Risk management & Pharmacovigilance, Statistics & Data Management.
Affiliation: Degrees, job title, mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail.
Poster Session: A maximum of 30 posters from professionals or students will be selected for the Poster Session. Selected professional poster presenters will be required to pay the applicable meeting registration fee and will be responsible for all other expenses.
Publication policy: The authors agree with the publication of their accepted posters in the Final Program of the meeting.
